1. Safe and secure work place. All practices will be held at Hanalani Schools for a safe work environment.

2. Coaches stipend starts at $25/hour. Club Coaches stipend $500/month.

3. Dedicated administration for Coaches support. Administration will take care of all paperwork from registration to badge pickups.

4. If traveling for tournament, airfare and meals are fully paid.
